WordPress Theme Bootcamp

Join Sara Cannon, Chris Cochran, Paul Clark, Lisa Sabin-Wilson, and Brad Parbs to learn all the many ways you can build better WordPress themes. This session covers resolution-independent icon fonts, responsive design, working with Sass, internationalizing your themes, and incorporating the Theme Customizer.

Each of our sessions typically feature 3 separate presenters focusing on a specific aspect of some WordPress topic, but this month we’re pulling out ALL the stops! We’ve brought on 5 highly-skilled experts to teach you about many of the different aspects of creating themes for WordPress. Each live presentation will have roughly 30-40 minutes allotted for instruction and 10-15 minutes allotted for Q&A at the end.

About This Session

For this digitally-broadcast event, we have five speakers. Five! Sara Cannon, Chris Cochran, Paul Clark, Lisa Sabin-Wilson, and Brad Parbs. Each of these incredibly talented individuals brings with them a unique perspective and an exhaustive list of experiences with WordPress theme design and development.

Because we have such an action-packed lineup, this session is going to diverge from our traditional model. Rather than try to fit everything into a single awesome-filled day we’re breaking it up across several awesome-filled days.
