Right after getting his university degree, Biplab started working as a PHP programmer doing social work and volunteering in his free time. During that time he grew a lot, both as an informatician and a social activist. He executed complex web projects while motivating and leading thousands of people into activities related to social service and contributed to promoting the debate movement in Nepal.
