Elizabeth Pizzuti
She’s a design leader experienced in building, envisioning, and iterating upon new products and services as well as legacy systems. She brings a decade of human-centered design, innovation, and product strategy experience to transform complex B2B and enterprise software into easy to use products. Her design philosophy is grounded in finding the right problem to solve, alongside creative tools for ideation, an iterative design process, and a strong collaborative spirit.
Elizabeth found her love of design after graduating with a degree in Politics from NYU. She then went on to complete her MFA in Communications Design at Pratt Institute in 2011. She’s lived and worked in Madrid, London, New York City, and now Austin, envisioning the future of products and services for companies such as IBM Watson, Ericsson, Experian, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Harvest. She’s now a design leader at Automattic, focused on improving the core WooCommerce experience and designing a new payments product.
When Elizabeth isn’t planning her next trip or trying to save democracy, she feels most at home hiking the Greenbelt in Austin, eating a migas taco, or making abstract art.
