Benjamin coordinated and launched multiple product lines and opened up new markets in Asia, Europe, and Africa as the International Business Development Director of a technology startup. He managed the development and care of non-profit organizations around the world as the Vice President of OMI. These organizations ranged from multi-million dollar seed-funded micro-banking enterprises to orphanages and care houses.

He also taught Training Conferences for L3 Communications, McDonald Douglas, NASA, and other Fortune 500 companies; along with many Universities and other educational training events, and is the recipient of the National Collegiate Informative Speaker of the Year Award as well as traveled through over 60+ countries.
