Jeffrey was born and raised near Baltimore, Maryland, and currently resides near Chicago, Illinois. he manages open-source products and enjoys helping others grow professionally. Like his father, he is a documentarian and can regularly be found with his phone in front of his face capturing all the things my kids are up to.

Ever since he moved to Los Angeles during the summer of 2008, he’s been a convert to the agile methodology for managing projects. Since he started working with XWP in the spring of 2016, he has been a convert to the remote work team structure. He’s found between both of those that asynchronous agile can be difficult to get to work, but amazing once you do.
