Anthony Papini leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team at ActiveCampaign. Over the past twenty years, he has delivered data-driven DEI strategy and program management across multiple disciplines, including higher education, nonprofits, and the technology industry. He has an extensive background in social justice education and training, with experience in intersectionality, LGBTQI+ identities, and disability inclusion. He has led a statewide social and racial justice organization in Illinois, scaled an international computer science education program for Microsoft, and developed and facilitated organization-wide diversity and inclusion training initiatives.
